At some points, your first instinct to try and click everything in order to solve the puzzle will actively work against you. Instead, sometimes you have to just sit there and observe the environment. This is a genius and inspiring aspect of puzzle design in these games.

@@StudioZal sadly I don’t remember anymore as I played it at my grandparents house but I asked them about the cd and they just said they got it from some gaming magazine so I’m pretty sure there was just some basic cover art with the cd inside

macintosh garden has a downloadable version. I used it and it works flawlessly and no I didnt get a virus from it

Chuchel was made by Jaromir Plachy, as well as Botanicula and upcoming Happy Game. Jakub Dvorsky created Samorost series, Machinarium and character designs for the feature film Kooky.

I have very vague memories of my father getting this game for me when I was much younger. I found it haunting yet mesmerizing, it still feels dreamlike watching this walkthrough.

Try looking at Amanita Design’s game catalogue. It could be one of their games. They have a few similar looking games

I'm a big fan of machinarium and I'm a bit disappointed, game make no sense, there is hardly any logic to complete different levels.
